Our founder, Saffron, grew up as an only child with a vivid imagination and a heart full of wonder. Though she visited the world-famous theme park destination overseas only once as a child, her encounters with the princesses there became some of the happiest memories of her life. Moments so powerful that she carries that magic with her every day. Those memories are just as treasured by her mother Kirsten, our co-founder, who often says that meeting the princesses was the happiest she has ever seen her daughter. Even fifteen years later, nothing compares to the joy that lit up Saffron’s face in those moments.
As Saffron grew older, that magic stayed with her in more ways than one. She believes the morals and lessons shared through these characters of courage, kindness, hope, resilience, and believing in yourself helped shape the person she is today, and that sharing those values is just as important as sharing the magic itself. She went on to graduate with a First-Class degree in Musical Theatre from The University of Chichester Conservatoire, training extensively in acting, singing, and performance, driven by a childhood belief that she didn’t just want to watch the princesses, but truly be them. Saffron is also a classically trained Soprano whose shimmering voice brings to life golden-age heroines and modern favourites alike, leaving audiences lost in a moment of pure fairy-tale magic. In a world increasingly filled with screens and virtual experiences, Saffron knew that nothing could replace real, tangible magic. No technology can compare to standing face-to-face with the character you love most, or being wrapped in a magical embrace that feels entirely real. With that belief, she approached her mother with an idea: to create a character entertainment company that brings genuine magic and meaningful lessons into children’s lives.
Together, Saffron and Kirsten built a company devoted to authenticity, artistry, and heart, where performers don’t simply dress the part, but truly become the character, creating moments that feel unforgettable.
