The Princess will arrive with a sprinkle of magic and everything needed to make the celebration truly enchanting — including music, a sound system and microphone, joyful games, special gifts, prizes, and all planned activities. All we ask is that you provide a plug socket for their speaker and little open space where the children can sit, dance, and twirl comfortably. Please note that party room decorations and the birthday cake are not included in the royal package.

Yes! Our traditional parties are thoughtfully designed for little royals aged 3–10, but we’re certain guests of all ages will delight in our authentic and captivating performances. If your celebration falls outside this age range, we’d be more than happy to create a bespoke party, with activities specially tailored to suit your wishes. Our Princesses also love spreading magic at summer fetes, schools, carnivals, and other special announcements — wherever a touch of fairy-tale wonder is needed! 🪄✨

Ever After Entertainment is based in South Woodham Ferrers and will cover surrounding areas within an 8 mile radius including Woodham Ferrers, Hullbridge, Battlesbridge, Rettendon, Shotgate, Wickford, East Hanningfield, Hockley, Hawkwell, Rayleigh, Danbury, Bickacre, North Fambridge, West Hanningfield, Chelmsford, Purleigh, Maldon, Althorne, Latchingdon, Billericay, and Burnham-on-Crouch. Locations further afield such as Colchester, Brentwood, Witham, Benfleet, Ongar or Southend-on-Sea, or anywhere out of a 5 mile radius will have a small additional fuel surcharge calculated at 0.5 pence per mile.

We often welcome brave princes and heroes to our parties too! All of our activities are thoughtfully designed to be enjoyed by everyone. Alongside our princess-themed fun, we can also tailor our party games to delight both boys and girls alike. Gifts can also be custom made, adding an extra touch of magic to suit your celebration perfectly. 🪄🎁

Our parties are very popular and dates fill up quickly, so we recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance. All bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, and a confirmation email along with a deposit is required to reserve your chosen date and character.

We’re delighted to bring the magic outdoors when the weather allows! However, we kindly ask that an indoor space be available as a backup should the weather take an unexpected turn. If there has been recent rain and the ground is soft, we ask that you provide an indoor room or raised platform for the entertainer to perform on, helping us keep our royal costumes safe, clean, and looking their very best.

Should you need to cancel your booking, we kindly ask for 14 days’ written notice. While the deposit is non-refundable, it may be transferred to an alternative date within one year of the original booking, allowing the magic to be rescheduled for another day. 🪄

Responsibility for the safety of all guests remains with the organiser, as outlined on the booking form. For safeguarding purposes, the performer will never be left alone with the children, so we kindly ask that an appropriate number of adults remain present throughout the party.

The remaining balance is kindly due two days before your celebration, helping ensure everything is perfectly prepared for the big day
